Fat-free, organic, all natural, sugar-free, vegan, free range. We constantly hear about health trends, diets, and fads, and it is hard to keep up to date. No sooner have I stocked my fridge with products compliant with the latest fad than I hear about something new. It is exhausting, confusing, and not to mention expensive. To be honest, all I really want is to provide my family with a healthy lifestyle, But, truth be told it is often hard to separate fact from fiction.
